
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, or QHHT, is a method of hypnosis which was developed by Delores Cannon. This method accesses the subconscious using visualization, in a manner which is relaxing and effective. During the session and in a deep state of relaxation, one may experience personal visions and insight into the questions one may have. The part of the mind communicating in this manner, with respect to QHHT, is described as your Higher Self, or Superconscious. The sessions are recorded, so you may hear your responses to your inquiries that the practitioner asks.

My personal explanation of the technique, is that you provide answers for yourself, in a manner free from ego, and do so while in a state of connectedness with your body that is different and profound in its contrast to your distracted, waking life.

I am a scientist and practitioner of hypnosis and NLP- I understand the power of metaphor, frame of reference, changing mindset, and the placebo effect. I am also a deeply spiritual person who has witnessed what I have no explanation for. As a client & practitioner, I can not deny the distinctive spiritual aspects of the experience, which are unique and particular to each person. Every session is different, just like everyone has a different dream though given the same words to dream about. The induction is gentle and brilliant in its simplicity, yet effective to shepherd a vibrant inner world towards introspection. Some seek this modality for what others describe as a past-life experience, or a re-experiencing of a moment from their current life, or to gain insight regarding their discomforts.

Whether you describe QHHT as a spiritual experience of the connected and entangled particles of our quantum universe, a ride into the mind to revel in the relativity of time, or a delightful placebo effect, the result of QHHT is for your own interpretation. Its a day for you. Time to rest and tell your story. A place to express your unique joys and concerns, feel the relief of relaxation, and then step forward into life.

QHHT is non-specific to any religion, and inherently flexible in its style to accommodate different spiritual preferences. Practitioners are expected to bring an open mind and listening countenance to each session. I personally practice Christ-consciousness in my own life, which accepts all spiritual beliefs that facilitates one's highest good. I listen to your wants and needs, beliefs, and goals in the context of your life story, so that I may direct the conversation with your Highest Self or Superconscious, as closely as requested, as can be done.

Many discover QHHT from online videos and friendly testimonies in the context of past life knowledge. Delores published several books and conducted trainings all over the world. Her books are fascinating compilations of experiences during her decades as a hypnotist. Since Delores Cannon's passing, her daughter and students have carried on her work and instruction . Helpful Details About Your Session

Session Schedule
1. For the first hour, greetings and sharing of your life's story and questions that you have for yourself.
2. Short break.
3. Deep relaxation induction, express visualizations, inquire of physical discomforts, and engage in conversations with the Higher Self. Approximately 1.5-2hrs. Longer times are planned for, as well.
4. Session concludes with some light processing while the recording is saved and sent to you. A 3-5 hour session time, is typical.
What to Bring
1. A list of questions, on any topic, for your Higher Self. Include any questions about health or behavioral concerns. Ponder as you write your requests, in a quiet place, prior to your session. One page is typical, but there is no structure or requirement. We can make your list together, if preferred.
2. A flash drive, if you wish, to save your recording. Otherwise, I will email your MP3 recording. You may bring your own recorder, or use your phone. You will want to make sure that the recording device has enough memory for 3 hours.
3. A snack, if you like. After your session, you may want to remain in a state of contemplation for the rest of your day, and you may want to plan your meals ahead, if traveling.
4. Plenty of water. Caffeinated drinks and stimulants are not recommended. Water, electrolytes and fluids considered to be healthy to the body, are encouraged.
5. Feel free to bring an eye-covering or neck pillow, if you have a favorite.
6. Dress comfortably and warmly. For instance, I get chilly when I nap, so I wear warm socks, a hat, and bring my warm booties to my sessions. Better to have them and not want them.
Post-Session
1. Arrange time for rest and any physical adjustments of the body. Ideally, find time for a healthy sleep cycle, hydration, and healthy diet. Such considerations being a priority for 3 nights.
2. Listen to your recording again, if you can, during this 3 night period. You may hear or understand something anew, or differently.
3. Never listen to your recording while driving, operating machinery, or doing any risky activity- as you may relax into the trance state while listening.
Location
1. I live in the Albany/Rensselaer area, with convenient access to I90 and I87. My home-based session space is quiet and cozy. Please let me know if you have any pet allergies. My session area is on the second floor, and not ideal for some mobility issues.
2. I am available to travel to a client's home or nearby hotel, for a session which starts mid-morning, weather permitting. Depending on distance travelled, a reasonable travel fee, may be agreed upon. I am sometimes in the NW CT area, which would facilitate my availability. Some styles of hypnosis are quite agreeable to online sessions. Please feel free to inquire if you think online is a good option for you.
3. Alternative locations for the session must be quiet and comfortable (like for a restful nap), and free of distractions by family or pets. Bathroom access must be convenient and also free of distractions. The session space is considered a private sanctuary during the induction and trance portion. There is more flexibility during the life story portion, though I want you to feel like this is your time and your day- with undivided attention to yourself, your goals, and the time to workshop your life as you want it. A place at your home is adequate if you can shut off your daily cares and feel like you are on a short vacation from work and family. Your focused attention to yourself, is necessary to accomplish your intention.

Fees
1. Session fees are waved if you would like one to count toward my next level of certification. Standard session fee is $199 USD. There may be an agreed upon payment of travel expenses, case by case, if traveling to your home or meeting place, is required.
